Return Policy

Our Promise

We created Food For Thought because we believe one good question can change the rhythm of a family.

We’re confident that the cards will be genuinely helpful, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Try the deck with your family and see how it feels in real life. If it’s not a fit, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@foodforthoughtcards.com
and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief note on why you’d like a refund (this helps us improve — there’s no wrong answer)

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the product purchase price
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow a few business days after receipt for processing

We don’t believe in jumping through hoops — just clear communication and fairness on both sides.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Please email support@foodforthoughtcards.com
within a reasonable time after delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief note and a photo showing the damage

Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.

A Few Important Notes

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition
  • Refunds apply to the product purchase price only (shipping is non-refundable)
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside this policy

Why This Policy Exists

We want families to feel confident trying Food For Thought.
That means taking the risk off you — while keeping things simple and fair.

If it helps your family think, connect, and talk more deeply, that’s a win.
If not, we’ll part ways on good terms.
